Lee Mannion
Copywriter
I'm good at figuring out the right words to interest an audience and keep them engaged
I’ve been writing for a living since 2014. I was a journalist for several years, then a comms manager, before I made the jump into copywriting. I’m good at figuring out the right words to interest an audience and then keep them engaged. In the last couple of years I've been the in house copywriter for two high profile B2B fintechs: pension company Penfold and Allica Bank (which topped the Sunday Times Hundred list of Britain's fastest growing private companies). Here's some reasons you might need me.

-
You want customers to actually open your marketing emails. And maybe even read them.
-
You need content that makes people think your brand actually understands their lives, so they start to like your company enough to buy from them.
-
You’re looking for someone who can figure out your brand’s tone of voice.
-
Your company wants web pages that help customers understand you’ve got solutions for their problems.
-
You want reports that people will actually read.
-
You need sales tools that will convert prospects into clients.
-
You want someone who can brief ChatGPT well and then edit the results to align with your company’s tone of voice.
-
You need ideas for those super addictive social media videos that people don’t scroll past.
-
You’re looking for a storyteller.
-
You want someone who knows how to connect with your target audience.
-
You want the kind of copy that feels like that person you once met at a party and they ended up being a whole lot more interesting than you first thought.
